THE OPUS

This building has not been constructed yet, but i think that it is a wonderful design. the building gives thee illusion that it can move and the color adds to that effect by making it appear like water. when this building is constructed it will be located in Dubai, one of the seven emirates on the southern east of the Arabian peninsula.
