i think i could have done better, my lines were crooked and it was really bugging me. i dont really notice my mistakes until my things are posted and I've looked at it a while.
this was the first drawing we did in class tuesday when we had to draw the opposite side of the class. i think i did okay; i had hairy lines, but i think i'm getting better at making straight lines.
these drawings of people are alot different from the ones i'm used to drawing. i thought it was pretty hard trying to draw people because they wouldnt sit still and i had to keep on erasing until i could get how the ywere sitting. i think i started over about three times because people would leave. i really liked the third drawing because they were pretty still which allowed me to finish the drawing and even add the background.

I really enjoyed doing these contours and I think they look a whole lot better than the other contours on my blog. I really took my time and payed close attention to every line and I suppose that's what makes the difference.

i really thought this looked really cool and i would have to say this is one of my favorite negative space drawings. i had kind of a hard time trying to put the figures in the back into the right place. i ended up putting only one figure in the back and its barely visible.
I noticed that when I went back to re do my sketch I ended p making my lines a bit more straight than the first drawing. The only problem I keep running into is figuring out how much detail to add, it is frustrating because i dont want to end up putting too little or too much.
where to start, where to start??? well my name is michelle and im currently a junior in the iarc department @uncg and this is my design blog....feel free to leave comments on my work...
